Elizabeth Singer Hunt

Elizabeth Singer Hunt is an award-winning author of children's books focused on educating children about world geography and culture. She received an MA in Southeast Asian Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (London) and has traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia. She also holds a BSC in both Marketing and Economics from Boston College.

Jeffrey Hamidi

Jeffrey Hamidi is an Information Technology leader and visionary who has served as an IT department head. Jeffrey has worked in non-profit organizations for over 12 years and holds an MS, Leadership in Information Technology from Duquesne University.

Jeffrey serves as an IT Manager for HM Health Solutions, an IT services provider within the Highmark Health family of companies.

Cinta Putra

Cinta is a serial entrepreneur turned early-stage start-up investor with multiple successful exits. She is currently a Venture Partner at VoicePunch, an early stage voice-driven venture capital firm investing in the voice tech community. She is also a Managing Partner at CSPK Capital investing in founders and early-stage start-ups in areas ranging from health care, education, finance, economic opportunity and access to technology. Over the last 20 years, Cinta has founded, co-founded, and successfully exited 4 different companies, including Everbridge, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVBG) from its founding to IPO (with a current market cap of over $2.5 billion and over 1,000 global employees) whereas a founder she held various positions over 14+ years in capacities as Board Member, CEO, CFO and SVP Business Operations.

She held various leadership and management positions in public and private multi-billion-dollar global companies where she was responsible for worldwide financial operations and spearheaded several key projects including acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Cinta holds a BA in Accounting and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton.

Simone Azevedo

Simone has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, particularly in rare diseases with extensive global experience. Simone led several global rare diseases programs at Genzyme/Sanofi with P&L responsibility. She also became responsible for Genzyme’s global Humanitarian Programs in 2010 leading this initiative in over 80 countries. Still at Genzyme, Simone joined the Emerging Markets team in 2016 before deciding to change her career from commercial roles and focus on advocacy when she joined Bioverativ (Biogen’s spinoff for hemophilia) in January 2017. In 2018 Sanofi acquired Bioverativ and Simone became the Global Head of Public Affairs for Rare Blood Disorders.

In April 2019 Simone decided to leave her role at Sanofi, take a sabbatical to learn more about other areas of interest and also opened her own consulting company: USH Consulting/US4RARE. Simone is particularly interested in sustainability, access to better healthcare, women entrepreneurs, mental health and pottery.

Besides that, Simone recently became SVP of Patient Discovery, a Co-chair at Eco Soap and member of the steering committee of Latinos in Bio.

Andrew Valsamaki

Andrew Valsamaki is an Investment Banking Analyst at Takenaka Partners in Los Angeles, where he provides International M&A and Consulting services for both buy-side and sell-side clientele. Prior to joining Takenaka in 2018, Andrew was an auditor with Moss Adams. He received a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. During his time at USC, Andrew ran two organizations focused on career development and remains an active alumnus. He is also part of the Young Professionals Advisory Board at the Los Angeles Music and Art School.

Dawn Gallagher

Dawn Gallagher is a best-selling author, brand ambassador, and humanitarian. Her highly successful career in the fashion and beauty business has enabled her to travel extensively throughout the world. Through her travels as a fashion model, television host, spokesperson and author, Dawn gained tremendous insight into the secrets and well-being of women from around the world and incorporated them into her New York Times bestselling books, Naturally Beautiful, and her most recent second book, Nature’s Beauty Secrets. Throughout her career, Dawn has appeared on the cover of hundreds of magazines, including Vogue, Italian Bazaar and Cosmopolitan, and has appeared in numerous campaigns for fashion and cosmetics including Maybelline, Clarins, Ralph Lauren and Clairol. Dawn believes in using the fashion industry to help others who are less fortunate and marginalized.

International Advisory Council

Ung Chanrattana

Ung Chanrattana is the onsite director of Eco-Soap Bank's Cambodia headquarters in Siem Reap, Cambodia. He manages local staff and oversees the collection, production, and distribution of soap. He is the founder and executive director of Trailblazers Cambodia Organization, which implements WASH programs in targeted rural areas. He previously worked for non-profit NGOs including Banteay Srei Conservation Projects and School Construction Project.

He earned a bachelor's degree in Fishery Science at the Royal University of Agriculture in 2002 and an MBA from Build Bright University in Siem Reap.

Chiek Chansamphors

Chiek Chansamphors serves as the Chief Investment Officer of the Cambodian company Daun Penh Cambodia Group. He currently serves as a board member of WaterSHED Cambodia, which aims to promote hygiene and sanitation, and has been integral in the implementation of the Labobo social enterprise. He is a part-time lecturer and holds a master’s degree in economics (Japan).
